Baxi Luna 3 Comfort 310Fi and 1.31Fi

  • Baxi Luna 3 Comfort 310 fi is a preassembled combination heating and DHW boiler (with DHW flow rate of 3.3 US gpm @ 77°F temperature rise)
  • Modulates from up to 105,776 BTU/hr output (adjustable to meet heat load) down to 35,486
  • Compact, measuring 17 ¾”W x 13 ½ D x 30"H
  • Direct vent, sealed combustion, whisper-quiet operation, closet-installation approved
  • Reduces mechanical room from 100 sq ft to 6 sq ft (including air handler) saving valuable floor space
  • Prioritizes to domestic hot water & does not mix boiler water with domestic hot water
  • Comes with controller (sets up in °F or C°), termination kit, valve kit, and built-in components
  • User friendly diagnostic digital display and frontal access for easy trouble shooting
